Ed founded Weatherstem in 2014 with the goal of making hyperlocal weather data accessible and actionable for the organizations that need it most. He has been building weather technology at the intersection of hardware, software, and human safety since well before that mission had a name.

Raegan joined Weatherstem at 19 and has grown alongside the company through every phase of its development. She oversees operations, finance, client success, and the internal systems that allow Weatherstem to scale without losing the personal service that defines the brand.

James brings a career of engineering leadership from Google, eBay, and Microsoft to Weatherstem's technology stack. He has co-authored patents related to the platform's core infrastructure and leads the engineering team responsible for the 0.8-second data refresh and real-time alerting architecture.

Jessica leads Weatherstem's meteorology services and content team, bringing nearly two decades of broadcast and operational meteorology experience. She was a senior meteorologist at The Weather Channel, where she built her reputation for clear communication of complex severe weather to the public.

Craig handles every demo, every proposal, and every new client relationship personally. He is the reason Weatherstem has a reputation for being a company that actually picks up the phone. If you want to talk about adding Weatherstem to your facility, Craig is the right person to call.

Luke brings more than 20 years of electronics and hardware engineering experience to Weatherstem's physical infrastructure. He oversees the hardware design, component sourcing, and quality assurance that ensures every station performs reliably in the field from the day it is installed.

Tim leads Weatherstem's field installation operations, managing site assessment, deployment logistics, and on-site commissioning. His team has installed stations at NFL stadiums, emergency operations centers, athletic complexes, and distribution facilities across the country.

Patrick coordinates the logistics behind every Weatherstem deployment, from hardware procurement and staging through scheduling and delivery. He keeps field operations running on time and makes sure installation teams have everything they need before they arrive on site.

Matt is a senior technician on the Weatherstem installation team with hands-on experience deploying stations across environments ranging from NFL stadiums to remote coastal and agricultural sites. He ensures every system is calibrated and field-tested before client handoff.

Tori leads the custom paint and branding work that turns a Weatherstem station into a branded asset for your organization. NFL teams, SEC programs, and municipal agencies trust her to represent their brands in the field. She operates through Honeydo Studios and has been part of the Weatherstem story from early on.
